For the Chicken:

- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
For the Sauce:
- Β½ cup sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional but flavorful)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

- Prepare Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated. - Cook Chicken:
