🍵 Anti-Swelling Detox Tea
(for Water Retention)
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 handful of fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1 slice of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (optional but powerful)
- 2 cups filtered water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (added after steeping)
- Raw honey to taste (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- Add parsley, ginger, and fennel seeds (if using).
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a mug.
- Add lemon juice and honey (if desired) once it cools slightly.
