🍵 Anti-Swelling Detox Tea

(for Water Retention)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (optional but powerful)
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (added after steeping)
  • Raw honey to taste (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a small pot.
  2. Add parsley, ginger, and fennel seeds (if using).
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug.
  5. Add lemon juice and honey (if desired) once it cools slightly.

🧠 Why It Works:

  • Parsley: Natural diuretic — helps kidneys flush out excess salt and fluid.
  • Ginger: Reduces inflammation and improves circulation.
  • Fennel seeds: Help reduce bloating and support digestion.
  • Lemon: Detoxifies and supports lymphatic drainage.

Drink 1–2 cups daily, preferably in the morning and early afternoon. Avoid at night to prevent frequent urination.
