Fluffy Apple Pancakes

 Ingredients

  •  1 apple, grated
  •  150 g natural yogurt
  •  1 egg

  •  Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract

 Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt and egg.
  2. Stir in grated apple.

  4. Mix gently until smooth and slightly thick.

2. Cook the Pancakes

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  2. Spoon batter into rounds.
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and fluffy.
