Condensed Milk Cake

🍰 Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23cm) round or square cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer or whisk until slightly frothy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the condensed milk, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional Add-ins or Toppings:

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Serve with whipped cream or fruit
  • Add lemon zest or a splash of rum for extra flavor
