Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake Heaven
🧁 Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 crackers)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (also called marshmallow creme)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
Topping Ideas:
- Extra marshmallow fluff or whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows
- White chocolate shavings or chips
- Fresh strawberries, raspberries, or cherries
- Crushed graham crackers for garnish
🍰 Instructions
1. Make the Crust
- In a medium bowl, combine:
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Granulated sugar
- Melted butter
- Stir until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan.
- Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
2. Whip the Cream
- In a cold mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Add in the powdered sugar and beat just until stiff peaks form.
- Set aside.
3. Make the Marshmallow Cheesecake Filling
- In another large bowl, beat together:
- Cream cheese (make sure it’s soft)
- Marshmallow fluff
- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Beat until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture using a spatula until fully incorporated and fluffy.
4. Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spoon the marshmallow cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
5. Decorate & Serve
- Top with any combination of:
- Extra whipped cream or marshmallow fluff
- Fresh berries
- Mini marshmallows
- White chocolate drizzle
- Crushed graham crackers
