Best Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

– 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

– ½ teaspoon salt

– 1 tablespoon sugar

– 1 ¼ cups milk

– 1 egg

– 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Make the batter:

– Mix together the wet ingredients.

– Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. It is fine if there are some lumps.

2. Cook the pancakes:

– Heat a pan over medium-high heat and grease it with butter or oil.

– Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan.

– Cook until bubbles form and edges are set (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook for another minute.

3. Serve:

– Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

If the batter feels too thick, gradually add milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
