Ingredients:

4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

4 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
