DETOX WATER

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 sliced lemon
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Mint leaves (a handful)
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger (freshly sliced or grated)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher or bottle, add the sliced cucumber, lemon slices, lime juice, ginger, and mint leaves.
  2. Pour in the 6 cups of water and stir gently.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired for a refreshing chill.
  4. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to infuse.
  5. Drink throughout the day. Make a fresh batch daily for best results.
