Shrimp and Crab Lasagna Roll-Up Bombs
Deliciously cheesy lasagna rolls filled with shrimp and crab, perfect for a seafood dinner!
Ingredients:
– 12 lasagna noodles
– 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
– 1 cup crab meat, shredded
– 2 cups ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
– Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
– In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
– Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
– Take a lasagna noodle and spread about 1/4 cup of the seafood mixture on it; roll it up tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
– Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
– Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
– Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
– Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
