Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice (for balance)
- 1 tbsp butter (for gloss)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).ADVERTISEMENT
- Remove silver skin from the ribs, then cut into individual pieces.
- Place ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1½ hours until tender.
2. Make the Sticky Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 6–8 minutes.ADVERTISEMENT
- Stir in butter at the end for shine.
3. Glaze & Broil
- Remove ribs from the oven and coat with sauce.
- Return to oven under the broiler for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
- Flip once and glaze again if desired.
